2. Luxury Apartment Services

2.1 Scope: We offer curated property viewings, booking assistance, and personalized concierge support for luxury apartments.

2.2 Cancellation and Refund: If you cancel more than 72 hours before the scheduled service, you may choose a full refund or transfer the service to a new date. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable due to planning commitments.

2.3 Service Transfer: You may reschedule a service one time at no extra cost if notification is made at least 72 hours in advance.

2.4 Custom Concierge Services: Certain bespoke services are non-refundable. This policy ensures allocation of dedicated staff and resources. All such services will be clearly marked at the time of booking.

3. Digital Informational Products

3.1 Scope: Includes eGuides, floor plans, and video tours available for instant download.

3.2 Delivery: Products are delivered immediately upon purchase and remain accessible in your account.

3.3 Refunds: Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase and prior to downloading. Once the product is accessed or downloaded, no refund is available.

4. Merchandise and Physical Products

4.1 Scope: Branded items and printed materials.

4.2 Returns: Unused, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

4.3 Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 7 business days to the original method of payment.

5. Refund Policy

All approved refunds are processed through the original method of payment. Processing times may vary but typically complete within 5 to 10 business days.

Submit refund requests via our contact form. Late requests beyond the specified windows will not be honored.

6. Service Rescheduling

To reschedule a booked appointment, notify us at least 72 hours in advance. One free reschedule is allowed per booking. Additional changes may incur a fee or be denied based on availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

LuxeAptGuide is not liable for indirect or incidental issues arising from use of our platform or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of LuxeAptGuide constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
